Conversely I felt unsafe in BA. I'd much prefer to live in Santiago del Chile, very similar, strong expat community there thanks to the StartUp Chile accelerator. Also have Patagonia.

There is always room for scope creep however I don't see why you would be defending violent gangs.

I don't understand why governments don't just crack down hard on anyone affiliated with gangs. Sure it might curtail some civil liberties etc etc and of course you may wrongly arrest / execute someone. But I think the broad population would agree with cleaning up the shit. At least it wouldn't be a waste of tax payers dollars like governments are renown for doing

I came across this while looking to see if I could buy a 4k display for my 12" Macbook (2nd gen.). My brief reading of it implied that it would be possible to drive it at 60hz. but maybe you are correct.

there is a patch you can apply to some kexts to get around this and support 4k@60hz
