Just a slight warning, not everyone wants to read this at work most likely. I am not quite sure why I expected anything else though.

Very detailed and interesting! This is the first good attempt I've seen at unpicking the different strands of the "alt-right". The author arranges the various groups along two axes, Nationalism and Faith (http://baltimore-art.com/wp-po/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/fi...) and explores the memes they like to create and share.
"The Aesthetics of /pol/"
It speaks elegantly, but equivocates the current political situation in much of the developed world as fascists (it's not, it's oligarchial) and pre-labels the followers of these movements with assumed predispositions.
It's divisive and continues the false left/right politics that's use to keep people around the world fighting each other instead of realizing how truly similar we are and how we are all deceived by those who want power or control.
These kinds of essays are just as bad as the "alt-right" they claim to stand against. The divide is a fiction meant to keep us fighting the wrong thing.
