Thought there must be more to those 7 minutes reading time than someone getting blocked on Twitter, so I read the article. Nope, exactly as advertised.
Maybe take a break from Twitter? There's even Psychoanalysis sprinkled on top:

this looks more like that he blocked him/her because of stalking?
..and after a shaky start to an essay gets worse and worse we get to the bottom line: "And so the result of this line of thinking is to justify the status quo. A status quo which, right now, is riven with oppression."
It's OK, so have I! (And here, too, where I've been shadowbanned.) He really doesn't like female voices.
He does not say the inability to speak without emotion or calm is always an indication of .....he said "on average"
Personally, I believe that several factors contribute to ones ability to calmly discuss a topic and while not all inclusive, I think personality, confidence, experience, and respect come into play. Factors that contribute to less than calm interactions include personality, experience, passion, pain, feeling judged or disrespected, and feeling the need to protect oneself or others to name a few.
Communication has become a lost art and technology is certainly contributing to this.
Note: This is not meant to offend anyone but just a personal opinion.
