This reads like a Grade 9 persuasive writing paper. If 2019 is the year of the DAO, what was 2018? The year in which not a single DAO did anything useful. Correct me if I’m wrong, but why does a change in the year make any difference?
i doubt it. there are still a lot of serious research problems that need to be solved before any kind of DAO can actually be considered a useful program.
i am quite excited to see how Ethereum grows now that their gas token has dropped so much in value. i still think it was stupid of the Ethereum Foundation to do an ICO with gas, but if making contracts expensive to run is part of the plan, who am i to judge?
