Exactly this. I wonder how many people who claim to live by “biblical principals” actually have read parts of the Old Testament and some of the rules contained there?
"At Chick-fil-A, we care for the whole person. Whether you’re an employee or a customer."
Unless of course you are a homosexual. Chick-fil-A sends millions of dollars to support anti lgbqt organizations.

We have a Chik-Fil-A a few miles from my house.
That place is the busiest fast food restaurant in town. They make tasty food, and the employees are unfailingly cheerful.
Some people dislike Chik-Fil-A for whatever personal reasons they may have. Chik-Fil-A doesn't care, they just keep on keeping on. They really do treat everybody respectfully, though. (If they didn't you'd better believe it'd be in your inbox in nanoseconds.)
Once in a while a business gets the formula just right. Disney did it. Apple did it. Now Chick-Fil-A has done it.

This seems pretty one-sided, and I don't think the ambiguity of "for whatever personal reasons they may have" is called for. Surely sending an explicit anti-gay message and funding explicitly anti-gay groups is very disrespectful to a large group of people. And surely comparing their success to Apple's and Disney's is an exaggeration. Do you really disagree on those points, or am I misrepresenting your writing?
Disclaimer: I love their food and agree that their employees are friendly and helpful.

This was useful to me; I now know to bin Chick-Fil-A with the likes of Disney and Apple.
Very frustrating to see that line "biblical principles". There's a hell of a lot of principles people can derive from 'the Bible' (which version?). Many times I see/hear that line, and the majority of the behavior is mostly "be nice, honest, etc" - not bad things, but there's not much inherently "biblical". Really, not much is, or what might be considered to be isn't generally exclusive to the Bible.
"Eye for an eye" is certainly a principle laid out in the Bible, as is ownership of other human beings as property. These aren't generally what people in modern western countries are meaning when they say they hold to "biblical principles".
Is there a list of the 'biblical principles' Chick-Fil-A abides by the OP can provide?
