Yeah, these open lists going around might not be the best idea... Attracting spam, zero privacy. This tool is a better approach
This is better than the messy Google Sheets that get shared around after every layoff batch at the big cos. Nice if it's well curated and doesn't get spammed by recruiters and other crap, as I've hired some people off the Uber layoff list for example.
Right now, a lot of people are layed off because of the COVID crisis. Swith is a platform by the team behind Wanted to help your former employees find a new job ASAP.

Really needed now
Back then, we made a Google Sheet of these 30 names and shared it with other startups to find them a new home. It was an inefficient process that got hijacked by some headhunters that managed to get their hands on our list
Switch makes a lot of sense. Mutualizing all laid-off talent at the moment.
