My favorite by far is Soft Skills Engineering - https://softskills.audio/
This is probably my favorite tech podcast. Super friendly hosts who also are knowledgeable and to top it off - very funny!
Software Engineering Daily and
Programming Throwdown
TechZing Live straddles the border of software engineering and startup discussions depending on the topic:

Thanks for the shout out! We don't do very many shows any more, so these days I recommend for folks to go to this link:

It's the full TechZing catalog.
From episode 1 to 300+ TechZing is a 10 year journey of friendship, tension, hacker talk and bootstrapping.
Of note, we were first to interview at least two founders who went on to build unicorns (Patrick Collison, Travis Kalanick) and many more who are now household names in the startup scene.

I'm consistently listening to the following podcasts and would highly recommend them:
The Bike Shed, Coding Blocks, and Soft Skills Engineering
And these others are tech related but not specific to software engineering:
Cortex and Linux Unplugged

Shameless plug for my podcast (mostly in Swedish, but a few English episodes as well) - https://Kompilator.se
I’ve had guests like Daniel Stenberg (curl), Scott Hanselman and a slew of devs from the Swedish scene.

Security Now is pretty good. It's computers and networks from the perspective of security. Basically covers news events and how hackers find exploits, a lot of software engineering is covered.
Commandline Heroes - Great podcast about the history of computing
Syntax - I enjoy the hosts and they have talk about broad stuff about web development and freelancing.

I can recommend the .NET Rocks podcast: https://www.dotnetrocks.com/
The hosts - Carl and Richard - do a brilliant job of keeping their shows entertaining and informative.

I'm a big fan of https://corecursive.com/
Started more Scala and FP oriented but is overall more generalist than that.
Thanks you for sharing uhryks! It always makes my day when I see people saying nice things about the podcast!
Gotta go with https://corecursive.com/. There's a great range of topics, an engaging host, fascinating guest, and a vibrant slack community. It started with a focus on FP but has definitely broadened itself. 2 thumbs way up!
