I miss the solar powered bins with crushers.

Hopefully once everyone hits the mythical 90% we can begin to reopen boarders for actual research.

It mentions a tripartite agreement with France and Switzerland. Does anyone know who the third party is?

CERN. (It has a somewhat special status as an international organization, so the phrasing is not as silly as it might seem)
