>Tech stack previous experience. This one is a useful signal, to a degree, for senior roles. But when it came to level I hiring where I already expect the hires to need training, it would have been disingenuous to then filter on whether they already knew what I am expected to teach. - the business
- our processes
- our customers
- our culture
- our existing IP repository
- etc
