The reason why IT workers leave to another company
The real reason is to start from a clean slate no more past obligations you are then the new guy who knows nothing and can then learn things for some time without the constant stress of goals, paging in middle of night, scrum, sprints. Then after a few years of getting pages at middle of night stretch goals and screaming from scrum you move to open a new page.
