salary questions are frequently discussed here, being on-call is part of the job.
Being on call "24/7 forever" shouldn't be part of any job.

on-call 24/7, if you get a call while asleep you are awoken by your ringtone (no mute or silent possible, no letting battery discharge). How much would you need to be paid? Includes if you are at a theater or special event.
