The cheapo alternative bluetooth earbuds have gotten so much better recently. I have two pairs of $40 earbuds off Amazon, which I bought when my $250+ AirPods Pro broke for no obvious reason.

The sound is a little worse, the noise cancellation is a little worse, the battery life is a little worse, the ergonomics are a little worse, the price is a lot better, and can't see ever going back to Apple.
