Wow that turned out very clean. This person must be rather experienced though. I appreciate that they laid out the design process there.

Currently around 3.5 MHz.
That's a lot more than I thought.
If you're judging from the calculator video, that time it was much slower. The current speed can be seen in my post about the video card (https://imihajlov.tk/blog/posts/vga/).
I read that as discreet logic and got nostalgic for SGI and the days of 90s vfx.
