Mearsheimer and Greenwald are on that list, which is ridiculous. I guess there is a lot of work to be done before they can join the EU.

On the other hand the EU and the U.S. are moving into that direction (McCarthy-style lists) as well.

How is Greenwald's inclusion ridiculous? Greenwald was instrumental in Snowden's leaking and escaping to Russia.

Mearsheimer is not only not towing the party line of "Putin is crazy and he wants to bulldoze Ukraine", but he also predicted the current events since 2014 or so (watch his presentation on YouTube). So of course he would be on that list, he disagrees with the holy narrative...

Quick Google tells me he "blamed West" for the crisis.

If that is really true, no wonder he's on the black list.
