There in the move fast and break things phase right now. I’ve noticed lots of small errors - reaction images not showing, small text alignment bugs, but they tend to be fixed very frequently after they happen. And the features stay.

It's messed up that twitter was a platform for speaking truth to power and then the power that truth was spoken to bought it to shut it down.
