As opposed to structured water, I am more partial to water with classes.

Especially ironic: 144 MHz is in the VHF range, which is taught in various entry-level amateur radio exam prep guides as "Very High Fryability" - that is, you need to be particularly careful with this frequency range, because that's the range that mammalian tissue (aka, our bodies) is most responsive to.
5G is significantly less interactive with our bodies at similar power levels, and if these devices are throwing off enough RF for hams at other locations to be annoyed by them, they're putting out way more than you'd be catching from the nearest mobile phone tower.

Had to google this. Water vitalizers are a scam product from he same vein of pseudo science as homeopathy. As is usual they make absolute nonsense claims (adding structure to the water, "tuning it to healing frequencies").
YeGoblynQueenne also had to do this, but I figured a basic description rather than marketing BS was more useful.
Presumably they just have a very cheap and poorly isolated signal generator - they should be illegal as in addition to being inherently fraudulent (something apparently allowed for all homeopathic nonsense) the manufactured products are clearly uncontrolled transmitters.

The same reason some... associations gets a free pass (including a tax free operations) by just claiming what they believe in some stories. The second you touch them your public career is ruined. In some cases with ending your own life.
