After looking at some translations, my take is: it seems they can confirm diamagnetism, but they have not confirmed zero resistance, and they think it is due to more impurities than there should be in the lab sample they were able to make so far.

I think that might actually be bad news: Wouldn't that indicate that the apparent Meissner effect was likely just normal diamagnetism?
