The idea is that the production method creates also Cooper Sulfide that has some weird changes in conductivity similar to the reported, but it's not a superconductor. This alternative explanation is very convinced for me, sadly.

It's more complicated. I've seen people doing amazing stuff in the lab. Some early versions techniques are difficult to explain. <capital>IF</capital> the samples are confirmed, let's lock him in a lab doing more samples and teaching others the method for a year. After that, he get's a million dollar, a Nobel price, we promise to cite all his papers a so he max out any citation and h-index metrics known to humanity, serral let him win a SC2 game, the sky is the limit [scratch that] Elon promise him a trip around the Moon, ... whatever he wants. Anyway, after the Copper Sulfide report, I'm not longer optimistic :( .
