My kid gets pretty much zero feedback on written assignments. It would be great if there were feedback that was at least vetted by the teacher, even if it originated in an LLM.
If writing papers with ChatGPT is cheating, then grading papers with ChatGPT is cheating.
If you care about your students, write the homework in tha blackboard, grade them manually, and give some general feedback and personalized feedback for the special cases.
Otherwise, students smel that the homework is bulshit.
