Can someone point to actually good video/article to learn about building a modern bank/app from both/either engineering and business perspective (eg. Revolut, etc)?

To help you know if you want to watch, it's about Upvest, the channel is "Agile meets Architecture", and there's almost nothing visual about this other than watching people talk over some management deck (I guess as one should expect from an agile talk)
