Because the whole rest of the world is crazy, of course.
With all due respect, getting angry about foreign judicial (and other policy) decisions isn’t particularly unique to Trump.
The Trump administration has threatened to sanction this brazilian judge, maybe even the entire brazilian supreme court and everyone related to them.

Trump's sanctions on the ICC were new. But blustering about it goes back, at least, to Bush Jr. (And almost certainly further.)
