It's an interesting idea, sort of a more persistent Omegle. For me though 48 hours would be far too much time. I'll either make a connection and want to remain in touch (on some other platform) within 15 minutes of the initial conversation or I will want to talk to someone else.
We want to follow the standard of real life connections. We want to give users enough time to actually get to know each other and we know doing that takes time and we don't want to rush the process.

That led me to a question: what if connection had a time limit, and it forced us to be more intentional?
So I created Eintercon. Here’s how it works:
You are very unlikely to be paired with someone from your own country.
Instead, you are matched with someone abroad who shares your interests.
You have 48 hours together. After that, the connection expires and you meet someone new.
There are no likes, no follower counts, no endless feeds. Just people, talking to people. My hope is that this time-bound window encourages more genuine exchanges and helps us see the world through each other’s eyes.
I just launched it on the App Store, and I would love your feedback. And here’s something I am especially curious about: if you were to try this, which countries would you be most excited to connect with, and why?
