ive always wondered how democracy functions for so long when you cant unelect officials that are tacitly corrupt.
Everyone is by default "unelected" after a legislation period and you need to reelect them if they should stay elected. So you could, your fellow citizens just don't have the same opinion as you.

The options in the survey were:
* Not at all corrupt * A little corrupt * Somewhat corrupt * Very corrupt * Not Sure/Don’t Know [Vol] * Refused [Vol]
Honestly I don't find that particularly damning. Nobody's perfect.
