I'm in a desperate situation and would appreciate any advice from the HN community.
*Background:*
My production website (encremagique.org) has been completely DOWN for over 7 days. I accidentally deleted a project on Bolt.new (Netlify) on Jan 30, 2026, and immediately paid $17.88 for a Pro plan to restore it (Order #2060-7613).
*The Problem:*
- Site has been down for 150+ hours
- Submitted 6 support tickets over 7 days
- ZERO human responses - only automated "Sam" bot replies
- No phone support available
- No escalation path visible
*What I've Done:*
- Paid Pro subscription immediately after the incident
- Filed ICANN complaint (Case #01547725)
- Posted on Twitter tagging @boltdotnew and @StackBlitz
- Messaged Reddit moderators of r/boltnew
- Attempted to post on multiple Reddit communities
*Impact:*
My users cannot access the platform. My business is suffering. 150+ hours of downtime on a PAID account.
*My Questions:*
1. Has anyone dealt with this level of support unresponsiveness from Netlify/Bolt.new?
2. What legal/technical options do I have beyond ICANN complaints?
3. Are there any other escalation paths I'm missing?
4. Should I consider immediate migration to another provider?
*Lessons Learned (so far):*
- Always maintain backups on multiple platforms
- Research support quality before committing to a hosting provider
- Don't rely on a single provider for critical infrastructure
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm documenting everything for potential legal action if needed.
