Seems like complete nonsense given the judiciary has handed down rebukes of power frequently, including for the admin's flagship trade policy of tariffs.
Meanwhile in Europe, you have serious attempts to dismantle encryption, institute real name mandates on social media and ban political parties they don't agree with. Then there's the mass arrests for social media posts, especially in the UK.
In Sweden, the country this organization is from, and allegedly a 'liberal democracy', protesting is banned for certain political groups (and not others).
These Swedish 'experts' sit on a pedestal made of political persecution, and accuse the US of having no free speech. Right.

Tariffs are still going to be implemented and used as a weapon, instead of using emergency powers falsely claiming fentanyl coming from Canada he's now using "slave labor" as a reason to impose tariffs which is ironic considering the US actual uses slave labor in their jails along with minimum wages of $7/hour.
If he does everything through executive orders, it can all be discarded on day 1 of someone new being elected. These are pretty fragile changes, even if they are currently significant.
The argument for executive orders would be much weaker if Congress was more effective and could work together to find common ground and pass bills. It’s become so polarized they can no longer do their job. The Daylight Saving Time one should have been a slam dunk, but yet another time change has come and gone.
