Does "Pharma" actually dose medication based on the Eyring equation? I'm not convinced we actually know the value of ΔG. AFAIK, the optimal biological dose is determined via dose-ranging studies during Phase I/II of clinical trials. And drug metabolism rate is measured, not derived from theoretical models.
This article makes some wild claims all based on one assertion that has no cited evidence. Beware.
Huh? Dose finding in "pharma" is based on effect and safety, both preclinical (cell culture, animals) in the beginning of development, later based on early clinical trials (in humans). No quantum terms necessary at all.
Just saying.
