Agents don't know to not put easter eggs in the release notes:
And where is the code? No its not in the repo
I believe this repo has always been public.
E.g. 20 March 2026 https://web.archive.org/web/20260320015456/https://github.co...
Correct, and it’s not the Claude Code source code. It’s a shell repo with prompts and tips.
The interesting part here is nott the leaked code, it’s how quickly people are rebuilding the harness patterns around it. If the architecture can be reimplemented in a clean room this quickly, it suggests that the real value is shifting from code to orchestration design.
how people think about this long term, does harness engineering become a standard layer like frameworks or does it stay fragmented across tools?

Such an announcement would only happen on april fools day.
