Interesting article. Having worked in healthcare for over a decade, I'm convinced that top-down change is nearly impossible. It must be bottom-up and enable beleaguered consumers to make smarter decisions. I created careprices.ai to tap into the CMS-mandated MRF price transparency data and expose it to consumers at their time of need. It is AI-enabled so takes people on a journy of discovery.
