This is just a distraction.
We don't have near enough doctors, by AMA design so we import a ton of them rather than make them. We really just need to get rid of these arbitrary blocks and train people who want to work and then, let them work. Everyone wants meaning in their life, but these constant bait and switches and once in a life time economic crisis keep happening and the root cause is the people in charge aren't interested in stability for anyone because it makes them money
