Runs over https rather than ssh, so any routing you can do with http you can do with webdav. That makes it easy to add to your existing web security setup.
I've found it to be super handy and wish more phone apps had export/import to/from webdav as options.
You do know that "rent seeking" doesn't mean "seeking someone to pay rent" right? And being a landlord doesn't make one "rent seeking", right? You use this phrase over and over again and you don't appear to understand what it means.

I'm guessing you've confused right-to-work with at-will employment. Right-to-work laws mean that a union can't force you to join and pay dues. "At-will employment" means you can be fired for any reason or no reason (except if the reason is they're a member of a "protected class")
