i think it depends if you need it, rust for example is quite complex, but it solves a class of issue that other language have trouble solving while maintaining speed
why do they want delta neutral, if you are buying option don't you want delta as high as possible and if you are selling option don't you want delta as low as possible ?
I think the best way to address this is to provide standardize kpi monitoring.
