Possible to match this searchable by domain name instead of having the name of the company directly?
Would be nice to automate some of these. We do some form of onboarding where we take the customer domain name and use Cloudflare radar api to fetch certain data and setup the workspace. This seems useful too

tldr: Nothing is stored in any way, shape or form. Only the status/sentiment of the email content, and company name is being extracted. And others discarded.
The problem isn’t a checklist, it’s keeping it up to date when you apply to tens and 100s of jobs.
It’s a job tracker - whether by email or another SaaS type, you still put in the data regardless. But the policy on my end is not to store anything.
Even the chat feature doesn’t store. You type and it’s fired to the LLM for response
I am currently working on and beta testing an app called Malak. It is an opensource version of Visible VC/Carta/Angelist. as a previous founder, toolings to send and manage investors' updates, decks, fundraising and others were ridiculously expensive and now I have built one completely open sourced but I have an hosted cloud version.
