I have joked the only way I can use Microsoft products for work is because I founded my company, and I have no actual ability to force any purchasing despite the fact, and I have long appreciated the way Ballmer is massively involved in the recent success of Microsoft. But it just occurred to me that I have always cited Ballmer's financial commitment and personal investment as being the most overlooked indicator of the value I am certain he's never sought for the short term and this has given me a very amusing idea : surely Ballmer will have been best served by a static stock price in his term of tenure and ability to acquire shares in employee schemes?
