Well with many cameras people usually record 4k video to an external device, connected to the video output of the camera anyway (like Atomos Shogun). Adding an encryption to this external device might be a better approach.
And also as mentioned before, just recording to an encrypted macbook or any other laptop might also work already, just the size might be a problem.
I built one of the dual E5-2570 PCs, put in a GTX 1080 and all latest games run very good on maximum graphics settings.
I get the same results as what I see in other tests with GTX 1080 and 6700K. So I can't confirm that there would be any real performance impact on games with such a setup... Even if I get lower results, it is marginal and way over 60FPS (2560 resolution)
We (well I) started an instance of Hubot on our company slack. It checks most of the restaurants near the office (scraping) and announces the daily menu and prices on request. Then we just try to pick one. We are in Vienna (Austria), BeeOne.
