I’ve read enough anecdotes to conclude that most clinics are downright irresponsible. This could be in part due to the newish nature of the treatment. I was fortunate to find a professional clinic in my area for IV treatment, but even as a semi-experienced drug user, ketamine was a lot at times. Fortunately, the clinic slowly ramped up dosage each session, always confirming my comfort with increasing the dose.

I now do at-home lozenges and let me tell you, 200mg is about as far as I can push it without things getting scary. For someone new to psychedelics, this would be a terrifying amount.

I’m surprised there’s no mention of psychedelics as a way to get out of your rut. Magic mushrooms aren’t a cure all, but they can help lift the fog and aid rediscovery in your passions and purpose. Of course, you should always do this with a sitter and with preexisting medical conditions taken into account.

The problem for me is identifying where exactly in my mathematical fundamentals things fall apart (like with prime numbers, some basic arithmetic, geometry) that makes higher-level math a struggle conceptually. It's always felt like there were holes in my fundamentals. I suspect the only way to figure this out is to go back and do everything again either through Khan Academy or books. Does anyone else have this issue?

When it comes to math, I try to avoid self-diagnosing with dyscalculia or with poor working memory. Instead, I think I've gone so long with math being an anxiety-inducing subject that any time I need to solve math under the tiniest amounts of pressure, I fall apart.

Mind naming what book you used?
