737 NG Ducommun structural parts debacle was similar and hundreds of those aircraft fly everywhere, everyday until one lands harder than normal, then it breaks up.
Proven to be effective as tested by Consumer Reports, and tested by me to reduce ~30 μg/m^3 to under 0.1 of each PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10 as tested by multiple PMS5003 Plantower modules:
Blueair Classic 605 (or newer 680i which is very similar)
We also use 3M Filtrete 2800 (MERV 14, smart) furnace/AC filters.
EDIT: And, I'm dead for whatever arbitrary reason and talking to myself.
From my understanding, insolate-endogenous D production has the potential to deliver up to several 100k IU in a day and is self-limiting, under optimal conditions, irrespective of ionizing radiation potential. On balance, most people tend to produce only around 1k IU/day incidentally. 2k IU/day from all sources is a typical upper advisory number (not a UL) for average individuals.
Ultimately, personalized recommendation that considers microcalcification deposition potential could determine the proper amount for a given patient.
That's not nearly enough to retire long-term somewhere like the Bay Area or NYC. I did the math for Palo Alto, and it turns out someone needs an additional 130% of real estate worth to afford the taxes into their golden years.
So is the gist is that federal numbers are encouraged to be over-reported for financial concerns and state numbers maybe underreported, the true number exist in the middle?
Standard hospital beds tend to be fairly expensive and featureful, so why can't they integrate patient/occupancy detection?
There are two ways of dieting I can think of readily: calorie counting and budgeting, and a modified total fast.
Calorie counting can work, but the hunger can be excruciating.
A modified fast would be water, a small amount of an oil to keep the gallbladder emptying, electrolytes, and vitamins. After 3-4 days, hunger will disappear. The issues with this method are the metabolic rate drop and muscle is reduced along with fat.
I don't see how a diet of almost pure carbs (potatoes) does anything but delay weight loss with empty calories.
Overall, the goal is to eliminate as much adipose fat as possible since this contributes to greater and greater ghrelin production.
I was expecting flat seats, manacles, an alternating head-to-toe arrangement, and a crew with whips and swords. So this isn't what economy look like yet?
And I'm 200 cm, so how exactly is this supposed to work? Does it include leg removal surgery or leg origami?
Which psychedelics (shrooms, acid, peyote, salvia, ketamine, ayahuasca) would be best for endogenous, treatment-resistant depression? If there are any with a proven effect, do they have to be taken periodically?
