The same can be said of Trump--he's 74 and obese, which I would say puts him and Biden at least around the same level of health. It would be re-assuring to have younger candidates, but you can't claim this is an issue for one candidate but not his heavy, three-years-junior opponent.
At the end of the day as long as the president has the ability to choose competent advisors / cabinet member I think they'll be successful, and I definitely have more confidence in Biden's ability to do this.
- if it persists, reading the book "Healing back Pain" by John Sarno (Countless people seem to have begun the book highly skeptical and finished it pain free)
Definitely resonates with me. I had relatively non-mild covid symptoms in March / April but never went to the hospital.
I've pretty much experienced what lots of other people have related over the past 4-5 months--different symptoms popping up and going away every day, all falling into the kind of umbrella of post-viral symptoms.
I've definitely noticed a pretty big improvement the last few weeks but I still get hit out of the blue with fatigue, brain fog, and occasionally a heavy chest. I would be more concerned but I went through a very similar experience with mono a few years ago, and hoping things will continue to slowly lift with time and as u/notahacker mentioned rest, low intensity exercise, and healthy food.
