There is mostly a blog that I didn't write for a while but still have some plans and I also work on new version of the website.

its actually super cool for a personal project. devs need a vscode-like editor without electron and m$ stuff and built-in vim support

well I figured out how Hugo works only by “clone the existing Hugo theme, change something, see what happens”.

I definitely agree with the point but I’d say that people who own domains and websites should connect their webpages into webindie’s things as much as possible (imo) because in the ages of social media a website feels like something alone and “screaming into the void” place. Also I was thinking about how to share my domain address to the people in real life if they ask my contact and I figure it out to make business cards with QR code that leads to my website.

Congratulations! You bring an idea to brick all Russian phones including phones of opposition, people who against the war, political prisoners, and other people who just live in the country.

that’s why you should create a personal website with photos for your wife (if it’s not just a few photos but seriously deal or even business). great example of why social medias are garbage and ppl have to look at indie web idea.

I really like the idea of glow and I actually use it to read my markdown notes that I edited in nvim. One thing that I miss is running glow in watch mode to edit markdown file in one pane of terminal and see results in another pane. I think I’ll pick up the idea of ssh tui for my website and blog. It will be fun.

I have used Obsidian before but I found it more useful for researching instead of pure writing so now I just write any technical notes in neovim. Many folks (as myself) try to make neovim a kind off IDE for programming but I think first of all it’s a powerful tool for writing texts. I just write markdown files in (neo)vim and because of movements and mouseless interface it’s doing fast and focused

The problem with using Discord for FOSS projects for me is that there are hundreds or thousands of unread messages on a server. People are chatting in short messages and I just don't have time to read all this. Forum-like platforms as Discourse seems more readable for me and it can be indexed by google and other search platforms.
