FYI for iOS users; instead of toggling this through the accessibility tap you can also set up a Shortcut that toggles the white point, or even just toggle it directly from Spotlight on the home screen by searching "white point" and tapping the switch
I've long looked for a good mouse utility for Mac that can disable mouse acceleration, modify scroll wheel behavior, etc. This one even saves preferences per-device which I find very useful.
The quality of the job is vastly different, though. This video shows great examples:
