What if someone thinks they can personally fix the loading time of a multi-billion dollar game, while having no access to its source code?

> I find myself on the fence with proposals like these. They have good intentions but they do not solve an issue at its core.

It's clearly a joke à la RFC 3514.

> USB 2.0 slow

Many phones indeed only support USB 2.0. For example the base iPhone 17. The Pro does support USB 3.2, however.

> I guess everybody has given up on the idea of saving their photos and videos over USB?

Correct.

> we are seeing time and time again that ICE/DHS agents are finding the wrong people

There is a difference between what you are seeing and what is actually happening.

99.9% of the time they are finding the right people, but "illegal alien was deported" is as interesting a news story as "water is wet".

Approximately nobody uses US coins outside the US. Even in countries where the dollar is widely accepted, trying to use coins will get you weird looks at best.

Or deport them.

> Unauthorized immigrants live in 6.3 million households

> Almost 70% of these households are considered “mixed status,” meaning that they also contain lawful immigrants or U.S.-born residents.

That works out to 1.9 million households with only illegal immigrants.

The people who define the rules in France are called "French", not "American".

Your best example of a "historically efficient way to solve political problems" is a 4 year civil war that killed more than half a million people and, after all that, still left African Americans as second-class citizens for a century after?

I wonder what an inefficient way would look like.

And cat. Some people are triggered by useless use of cat.

No, but the "everything is political" people are not capable of making that distinction. Which is probably why everything seems political to them.
