Blender is actually quite good for sculpting and the features set got much better with the last few versions. I'd say it's a very very light version of what ZBrush can do. The only problem is that blender's performance aren't nearly as good. The moment you subd a model for sculpting, the viewport because laggy and that's bad you're trying to paint.
I've been hating Autodesk since they killed Softimage. For a while I moved to modo but the Foundry is beginning to look more and more like Autodesk for anything that isn't Nuke. Today I'm a happy Houdini and Blender and sometimes Cinema 4D
I've been using Ink for the game I'm developing and I love it. I tried Twine before that and as much as I like the visual interface of Twine, Ink has been a better fit for my needs.
I might be mistaken but I think someone wrote here a few days ago that they noticed the Server being updated but that the github repo doesn't reflect those changes.
I'm working on a 3rd person adventure game. Went through a personal crisis in 2018/19 and started to write and paint again. Then one day on a flight to Berlin I managed to outline a story for what I was going through and I've been working on that since that moment.
I love this game so much. It's a masterpiece. I played it episode by episode first on PC and then again the whole game over a weekend on a PS4. Fantastic.
Who told you that? Nobody said they would open source everything. There were never plans to open source Visual Studio or Office or Windows. And why should they? Did they sign a contract in blood?
