I've spent time at Facebook (internal facing tools for HR and recruiting), Macy's (LeanLabs to make shopping awesome), Citrix (citrixready.citrix.com), Charlotte Russe (UI/UX fixes on the website and a ton of Visual Design), and so much more.
What do I mean by hybrid design? I'm a visual/UI/UX/graphic/web/print/front-end designer who's worked all over the design field. This makes me a jack of all trades and perfect for startups.
Pricing? Your SOUL. Ahem, sorry about that... We all know startup CEOs/CTOs don't have souls. ZING! Reality: per project or project bundle pricing is my preferred way to do things. This keeps cost and time down for both of us.
