What's up with the recent onslaught of political (often anti-Trump) submissions? I'm starting to feel we're in the midst of hostile information war campaign.
Please don't use Hacker News for political or ideological battle. That destroys the curiosity this site exists for.
Many politico.com|vox.com|cnn.com articles being posted on HN in the last few days. I wonder who's behind this seemingly concerted effort to politicize Hacker News...
Malcolm X (just like the late George Floyd) was a criminal who had no qualms about using physical violence but decried barbarity and racism when said physical force was applied to himself.
They do. But you can't complain if they answer in that same language.
Like the current protesters who act surprised and offended when they get shot with rubber bullets after throwing bricks, rocks and enhanced fireworks at the police or people they deem opponents.

If people would just stop trying to bring Reddit's infection with aggressive partisan political activism over to HN, other people like my myself would have no reason to complain.
Changing accounts is unfortunately necessary to evade personal targeting/doxxing by said activists.
