I have seen the effects of not saying 'a'. People even asked to leave the company because of simply agreeing to finish as asked. When we agree to it, our head will roll unless the company never cares about missing deadlines.
Another approach which I follow nowadays is, agree but tell them that most probably I will miss the deadline.
mobile phones are huge distraction for everyone nowadays. I used to carry it everywhere (even for loo) and take more time than usual to complete that task. If there's a product to make people less distracted, then it will be of great use
Woow. There's a study proving it. Walking is the best option to me whenever I have to do something new. I keep thinking about it to get a better solution. I will be able to think about it without much distraction.
It's the same story everywhere. Cyclists are blamed not only for their mistakes but for others' mistakes as well. When an accident happened, a cyclist is blamed irrespective of whoever is at mistake. I have seen it first-hand multiple times. Also, people casually say that why are these cyclists ride on busy roads?
