I've been working on my startup, Styrate, which aims to revolutionize e-commerce by making product discovery a social, interactive experience. We're not just creating a platform, but a community of passionate product enthusiasts, and we wanted to convey this in our promo video.
Here's the interesting part: we created the entire video using AI tools, including OpenAI's chatbot, GPT-4.
Yes, you read that right! GPT-4, known as ChatGPT, was instrumental in generating a script that captures the essence of Styrate. From introducing the platform to explaining the unique features (like our 'Showdown' feature where users vote on influencer-created video reviews), it provided a captivating and detailed narrative for our video.
Creating the video using AI has been a fascinating journey. It really goes to show how AI is not just about future tech, but how it's becoming an integral part of creative processes right now. It also aligns with our vision at Styrate - to leverage AI for a more personalized and engaging product discovery experience.
The complete quantum code for quantum energy teleportation on an IBM quantum computer. You can demonstrate quantum gate operations on a laptop using a classical emulator or a real quantum computer. The default code works without an IBM ID. No special knowledge is required.
To run the code on a real quantum computer, create an IBM ID from the website and replace "My_API_Token" with your own token.

Looking for a technical co-founder. I'm in the early stages of building Styrate.co, Styrate is a social platform that uses AI to provide personalized and trustworthy product reviews. Users can follow reviewers, watch video reviews, and share lists of reviews. Think of us as a social
@wirecutter powered by AI. I'm looking for someone who can help me build this out, I already built out an early MVP (Styrate.co)
>Peoples along the Horn of Africa trafficked slaves from Central Africa
>It's well known Persians had been trading along the Horn of African for millennia.
Swahilis don't live in the Horn (outside of a few cities) .You are thinking about Eastern Africa.
Hi HN. The product discovery process is totally broken, that's why I set out to build Styrate. With the rise of fake reviews on platforms like Amazon, it can be hard to know what products are truly worth your time and money. That's where Styrate comes in. With influencer recommendations and short-form videos, you can see how a product is actually used before making a purchase. It's a much more engaging and trustworthy way to discover and learn about products. This is the current MVP for it and it's a little rough around the edge, would love feedback.
I didn't not know about that as a nontechnical founder, and therefore there are probably 100's of people who didn't know and that this post might help.
Text reviews are nonsense and easy to spam, video reviews are more trustworthy because there's a human face and personality associated with it, it isn't from a review farm in Macedonia for a scam product with an auto-generated company name.
I have been struggling to build a landing page for my startup and I tried to build one in react but it turned out looking worse than my aunts chocolate chip cookies. I think that coding a landing page is a major bottleneck for startups and I am happy to have found this. I don't work for yep.co and i found this on a paywalled substack originally.
It's a sign-up page for the beta. I don't even have the technical skill to spam people with ads, which is why I used a no-code service. The most that will happen is that you will get early access to the platform when it launches
Yes, but our planet detecting tools can only currently detect planets that are 1. close to their stars and 2. smallish, so that self-selects for tidally locked planets.
