That's literally what the link says which isn't paywalled or anything, I don't know what compelled you to copypaste a list of 60 lines in here, taking up half the vertical space of the comments section.
What's really terrifying is that this guy's life was being ruined just because some woman later said that a sex encounter was "non-consensual", without any proof of that.
Instead of forcing people to give their mobiles, why not use the "innocent until proven guilty" age-old adage?
I wouldn't say they nailed it perfectly, as the UX was stupidly confusing to use.
Also I'm pretty sure you can create lists of your friends and share certain posts or images with "everybody but X, Y, and Z" or "X and Z only" where [XYZ] are either lists or specific friends.
