Long answer is effectively things will go back to how they were pre-pandemic. Except you now have to average 3 days a week in the office instead of the 5 that it was before. Some people can get exceptions, but it's basically going back to 2019 rules where the default is office.
The funny part for me is that if they had of announced these new rules in 2019, they would have been heralded as forward thinking employee first visionaries... but because it is a step back from the temporary COVID rules, it's all pitchforks and walkouts.
They already had regulations that meant that they had to be parked in specific areas or fine the person who left it somewhere they shouldn't.
But that didn't stop someone uninvolved in renting one walking by, picking one up and moving it.
Nothing stopped people just riding along the paths at top speed hitting people or randomly darting into traffic. Soon as you entered any pedestrian square you had to be on the constant lookout for being smashed into by a scooter. Anything near the Louvre was particularly bad.
Just because a car is advertised for $X, doesn't mean it is worth $X, especially as both cars you linked have been for sale for over 4 months. If a car hasn't been sold for 4 months, you are asking too much.

Zero options for trim for MX-5 Miata. Zero options for trim for Miata. 31 options for trim for MX-5, including ones that absolutely were not sold in 04 including "Grand Touring Manual 1-OWNER! ONLY 7K MILES!".
