>I just pointed out there have been at least three mass shootings in the past two years by Ben Shapiro fans.
you know this is a joke amongst the actual extreme-right. the Christchurch guy even said Candace Owens radicalized him. they say it because they don't like ben shapiro and they want to tarnish his name it seams to be working.
It would be interesting if this goes to the supreme court and the conservative court rules these laws unconstitutional on freedom of association grounds.
I am willing to put money that this is being brought up so no one can set up another clinton foundation again. trumps press conference a while back he spent a considerable amount of time talking about his company and the legalities. he knew what he was talking about and they had spent some time working on it.(then he called cnn fake news). Now all this talk about nobility... This gets ruled on and he is totally inside the rules... but the real message is don't set up "Clinton Global Inititave" as it wound be outside the rules.
I've been trying to find Microsoft azure sales for years. As it is cool tech but could never figure out is it was actually selling. This report is no better in its obfuscation. First they state 12bil annualized run rate, ie they made 1 billion in june their best month. then they say "we are on track to achieve $20 billion in commercial cloud annualized revenue run rate in fiscal year 2018.". why not say actual revenue but that's just me. but the kicker is I suspect that a large chunk of this revenue is office 365. and can office 365 really be considered new revenue source and not just a migration from other office sales.
Those adds seemed weird to me. I program in the oil/gas space I couldn't imagine thinking working to built some app would be better that actually contributing to real world production. My den at my place is full of aerial shots of all the facilities I programmed. Every time I look at them I am filled with tons of pride.
Do you mind telling who you work for. I work in the oil/gas industrial automation. from the article I really couldn't see what they could offer. I have thought for a while that a company should offered an azure like service that the small firms like mine could build custom services on top of.
“A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.” I'm curious how you will act when you have grand children.
It's crazy to think I bought my ti-89 in 2000 it was 250ish. It ran on a 68000 that was already old AF, and I love that calculator. Why was it so expensive. At the time other graphing calculators existed but no other company had a comparable calculator(at least to me)
How big is their actual market. In Print The Legend they realize a major sector is the small engineering/tech shops that can't afford/don't need an industrial prototyper but could use a $3000 one. After that they have the "Hobbyist". These sectors seem small and possibly shrinking.
I'm actually shocked by the number of people that like brutalism. from my observations they seem to have negative externalities to their neighbours. This could be because most of them were government projects.
Wasn't this by design. They always wanted the ipod to be cross platform. The ipod then became advertisement for Apple's laptops and pc's. I'd argue ipod/itunes drove mac sells and by the time the iphone came around Apple was respected by consumers as a legitimate consumer electronics company.
I know I read or heard this from an apple source but I can't remember where.
No offence to his guy but he seems woefully under qualified. A CEO that doesn't have accounting report to him... makes less than 50K/year. Does anyone know what valued he thought he brought to the table?
Does anyone know more about this case. Did the state bring any evidence they were involved in site. Did this case get thrown out before trial? Torrentfreak is a little bias as they don't think torrent hosting sites are wrong.
The "hacking time" sequence around 10:30 contains Java [1] which obviously came from the future.
He did an iama yesterday and someone pointed this out. Turns out he went to r/programming asking for someone to write him some code that would hack time. someone sent him Java... or Hackerman invented java so he could write once run any Time.
