A bit off topic as didn't read the article, but i used to live in the same apartment building as Ingmar some years ago in Stockholm.
I never saw him the first couple of years when i lived there, but one time when i was coming home from the video store (ok, quite a long time ago i guess...) and an older guy was getting into the elevator, noticed me and held it for me.
I get in and only then realize who it was. And of course he asks what movie i had just rented. Quite embarrasing as it was a really crappy b-movie about a giant squid or something that i had rented as a last resort...
"It makes a lot more sense to create an autonomous vehicle and treat the entire cabin as an interactive experience that people will spend hours a day playing with and spending money in."
Would be cool if Apple skipped the "car" and went straight to a stylish and modern "RV", basically a small apartment that can also drive you around (autonomously).
Look at this RV tour and imagine something that's a bit bigger in living space (but same size overall (no big engine, no drivers area etc)):

It might not be realistic yet, but in a few years maybe, especially if solar panels gets better. Which i'm guessing Apple is doing a lot of research on as we speak...
And if you loose/somebody tows it, you'd just log on to iCloud and use the "Find my House" feature ;-)
Wish apple would remove the ratings from the app store, all this begging for ratings are super annoying for me as a user, no matter how it's done. And i must say, this seems a lot more annoying than a simple popup in-app, and a whole lot more creepy! If any of the apps i use implemented something like this, i would delete it straight away.
I've just made a simple django app to keep track of my expenses.
It's pretty simple, but still very useful. Supports tagging for easy filtering and will automatically convert any items in a foreign currency into my currency (SEK), useful when you are traveling and want to compare prices in different countries for similar.
