You've hit the nail on the head for me at my current place of work. The only alternative I have here is Scala, which I wouldn't choose, but higher quality ecosystem and community, and closer to Rust which I'm enjoying at home, so am thinking of doing the switch.
Yes, agreed, the Rust error messages are very helpful. Failure to understand the messages is a lack of familiarity with Rust, not a problem with the error messages.
I'm not up to arguing about this, but is that not related to the cuckoo filter (this implementation?) seeming to have a limit of four repeats? From the cuckoo description: "When a matching fingerprint is not found, the entry is definitely not in the filter."
Could it be argued that an understanding of how x works is irrelevant, only the outcome matters, in that individuals who don't understand the workings of x are still able to tell if the outcome is positive or negative for them, and vote on that.
Affordable housing could also refer to rural housing, admittedly ignoring context. I don't like the term, sorry. It's spun to be more positive than small housing which is more accurate.
On the subject of affordable housing, not to be argumentative, what is it? Why is that term used? If there was sufficient housing, it would be affordable. Seems to me affordable housing means crap housing, thereby cheap in the current environment where there is insufficient housing. Therefore people should stop talking about affordable housing, and start talking about more housing.
Yes, minority is geographical, yet somehow it's come to mean not white male, a western view point. Not sure how female keeps getting classified as minority.
